exceptional co-living brand for students that they spontaneously connect with. We are a
full-stack business and want to build a brand that is first identified and remembered for its
quality, a brand whose quality speaks for itself.
We want to take away the stress of accommodation-hunting from students and redefine
that space with high- quality and professionally managed co-living spaces. We want to offer
students something beyond cramped and stuffy rooms, non-existent infrastructure, poor
maintenance and a pitiful state of affairs – Stanza Living residences are places where
students want to come back to every day, a place that will give them a sense of belonging,
of fraternity and of comfort.
