We are a fully remote team, everyone works independently, but we still have weekly team calls and 1on1s to catch up. At the end of the month, we also have a monthly play time, where we usually play Among Us or some other online games with the whole team. We enjoy what we do and give our team the opportunity to have as much time off as they need.
