I am looking to work with a designer who can translate business objectives into a well planned, visually excellent, and developer friendly web design.

The position is on a contract basis, but with a preference for a designer who is looking for steady work on a long term basis.

You should have experience in understanding the sales cycle and customer journey through it's different phases. The visual design you create should be a calculated reflection of this, as well as an understanding of the target market.

You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with other team members.

We are concentrated on always improving our processes and results, and hope to find a new design oriented team member with the same mentality focused on excellence and self improvement.

Our workflow is Sketch -> Invision

Preference for candidates in Toronto and/or EST zone.
