We need a young and driven manager, to help us shape the future of the food industry. By joining our superstar team, you will gain an holistic understanding of how to scale up a startup company: From strategy and market segmentation to business development, sales and branding. Squareat is an innovative food company that aims at revolutionizing the way people consume food. Through gourmet cooking techniques and a highly efficient production process (which minimizes food waste), we offer daily food products in 45g squares, made of nothing but the prime material. Our production process allows for enhanced nutrients preservation, great consumption flexibility and a longer shelf life (up to three weeks). Our dynamic team, made of former MBB consultants, private equity professionals, fitness enthusiasts and gourmet chefs, is looking for curious, adaptable self-starters to join us in Miami Beach next summer to helps us shape the future of food! Your Responsibilities • Develop strategic initiatives to increase brand awareness, market acceptance and revenue generation. (In collaboration with our communication team and through partnerships with relevant stakeholdes) • Design, negotiate and close contracts with partners • Set up revenue-generating activities across brick and mortar and web channels for both B2C and B2B market. • Use different quantitative and analytical skills to help the CEO with forecasts and track key metrics • Communicate and report the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the tasks assigned to you according to company’s needs and objectives • Pitch and Squareat in networking events and towards relevant stakeholders
