International agrifood trade is a behemoth, overlooked market, still largely run by email and in-person conferences. It's also ripe for digitization – covid-era travel restrictions created much wider acceptance of online transactions throughout the industry and most governments have just recently begun to allow import/export compliance to be done online. Global trade also means global travel for the Sproutzo team. We travel as a team to in-person trade conferences around the world every few months – Malta, New Zealand, and Berlin are next up in the next 6 months
