Parental leave

Adding to your family? So exciting! We offer all new parents 12 weeks’ paid time off as bonding leave, plus up to 6 additional weeks for birth parents. (Birth parents in California may take additional time, partially paid by the state.)

Work and travel flexibility

We offer all employees the flexibility to travel and work around the world up to 90 days per year. For SF-based employees, in-person attendance is only required on an as-needed basis.

Paid time off

Please take the time you need to recharge with our flexible time off policies. Springboard employees are eligible for our flexible, unlimited time off policy (encompasses sick, vacation, etc.).

Wellness days

In months without paid national holidays (e.g., Memorial Day, 4th of July, winter break, etc.) the entire company takes one “Wellness Friday” off, to enable us to disconnect and focus on our wellbeing.

Professional development

Credits of $100/m (max $1,200 at any given time) toward personal or professional learning. Up to $4,000 a year to spend on training. Enroll in any Springboard course free of charge. Subject to approval.

Retreats

Company-sponsored offsites / events twice a year to destinations around the world. Remote attendance option offered.
