Spotwise careers

Spotwise mounts cameras overhead on light poles in parking lots, then uses a computer vision algorithm to provide lot operators with unparalleled data about their parking lots. Using the Spotwise web dashboard, our customers are given an immediate visual description of who is parked, who has paid, and how many tickets they can write in that lot right now.

We also use the data provided by our algorithm to drive insights like as dynamic pricing that responds to the current occupancy of a lot. Images of the lot are also available so that our customers can check for garbage, loiterers, and other hazards.

Key benefits include the ability to increase profits and turnover via real-time demand-based pricing, automated ticket officer guidance, monthly parker planning and distribution, and advertising under-utilized properties to drivers. The cameras do the same thing that in-ground sensors do, except with a richer visual experience, and 1/3 of the cost to the lot operator.
