We're a very new startup and have 4 co-founders with expertise ranging from marketing, product design, business development and market access. We also have 2 interns that assist with research and UX/UI. Our team is passionate about Spotlight's mission to reduce office misconduct and are very supportive of each other. For example, we have worked together to ensure that we can accommodate for the stress that COVI-19 has brought to some of our lives. Spotlight isn't a full-time gig for all of us and most of our team is spread between Vancouver, Canada and San Francisco USA.
