8-12 weeks paid
We provide 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and 8 weeks for secondary carers.
Earn-in equity
Teams that want to take their product to the next level can take their business and raise external funding. Our contribution converts to an uncapped note, the founding team takes the rest.
Flexible hours/location
While we prefer the team in the office together, we understand that sometimes working from home is more convenient. We believe that life comes before work, and we never want work to get in the way of life.
4-weeks annual leave
You might be a founder, but you still need a break. We offer standard 4 weeks leave, for founders and employees alike.
