Spectre is a B2B data marketplace platform for licensing access to enterprise data. We are aiming to be the primary system to discover and manage data between organizations by launching an integrated data platform that facilitates the entire data transaction process from finding data to evaluating it and ingesting it into a data warehouse.

To be successful at data onboarding, Spectre must provide both technical and administrative tools. The technical side of data onboarding is obvious - transfer data from a seller's data system to a buyer's in a secure and timely fashion. However, we also believe that the administrative side of data onboarding is a huge bottleneck. For example, invoicing and legal documentation are two components of data transactions that require lengthy and expensive back-and-forth between organizations. We aim to provide standardized billing and licensing services to streamline the go-to-market plan of new data products.
