Esports is not only the fastest-growing sport in the world but is one of the fastest-growing industries. Even though the NFL is the only major sports league with more US viewers, esports is still not considered mainstream. Video games have amassed major followings however esports specifically only recently began to find traction in the collegiate and high school scenes. Our personal and company mission is to inspire a new generation of athletes to work hard, learn determination, and find a community/team where they belong. We know firsthand the profound impact that sports/esports can have on one's development thus we set out to build Spawnn. Many of the Spawnn team members were former athletes and understand the importance of reviewing game film. We are a small, ambitious, diverse, and gritty team building the future of sport. We offer autonomy and we highly value everyones input; we look to hire the best people because we know that we do not know everything. Our team is made of Stanford and USC graduates as well as ex-Meta and ex-Twitter engineers.
