Sparkyl is an early-stage startup on a mission to transform the car care industry. We just launched our MVP and are looking for highly determined, entrepreneurial individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help us scale fast. We’re seeking talent across multiple areas—marketing, sales, software engineering, and more—and we are open to finding potential co-founders who match the energy, effort, and vision of our founder. This is not a conventional 9-to-5; expect late nights, early mornings, and a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly impact the company’s growth. Our HQ is in Tampa, FL, and all team members must be based in Florida. Remote and in-person work options are available, but relocation within Florida may be required. As a pre-seed startup, we currently do not have salaried or paid positions until we finalize our funding. We have three committed investors and will begin expanding our investor base once we achieve post-revenue with our MVP.
