Culture and benefits at Spark Grills
Culture overview
It should come as no surprise that at Spark, we cook. Cooking is how we spark creativity. It’s how we test our product and come up with innovative ideas. Cooking together is an integral part of our culture, and when it comes down to it, it’s the reason we started this company in the first place. At Spark we try hard to strike a balance between structure and the ability to act quickly. We conduct fast-paced standups where everyone is expected to participate, we hold weekly team meetings to track clear goals and identify solutions. We try hard to avoid only talking about problems. We hold all-hands to make sure everyone understands how we're doing and where we are heading. Pre-COVID we regularly conducted cookouts and can't wait until it is safe to do so again. Our location on the cusp of the Rocky Mountains lends itself to some absolutely amazing outdoor opportunities and our team takes full advantage of it. Hiking, climbing, skiing, cycling, and mountain biking are just some of the many outdoor activities we enjoy. We love spending time with family, friends, pets, and each other, which almost always involves lots of cooking and eating.
