Spar Systems has developed the Induced Flow Generator (IFG) technology which enables power generation from low-temperature waste heat. Waste heat accounts for over 60 quads of energy per year, from the total 100 quads consumed in the entire US economy, and most of it is low-temperature . Waste Heat therefore represents possibly the largest untapped renewable energy resource available.

Our patented technology can generate baseload, non-intermittent, renewable power for less than $20/MWh, compared to $30-80 for solar and wind. It enables reduction of energy waste, reduces emissions dramatically and enables distributed and on-site generation.

Our initial target market are datacenters which are massive consumers of electricity and emitters of low-temperature waste heat. We have received a Department of Energy grant for our technology and are capitalized with a pre-seed round.
