We were the first company to provide a marketplace for home office space and have now opened up the platform to include commercial listings, meeting rooms and third place workspaces thereby catering to all types of business and professionals needing somewhere to work. We have a unique pricing model that is based on space type (combination of listing fee and % commission) this facilitates direct communication between workspace and guest (hopper) where appropriate without the additional administration, the collection of commission and following up on viewing requests/enquiries. This enables us to keep a streamlined business model with minimal costs.
