We aim to bring the latest machine learning and finance technologies to the £7 trillion institutional investment management industry by creating a research lab in the cloud that transforms complex financial data into visible insights.

By acquiring a number of important alternative datasets and leveraging Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques, we will attempt to answer questions and find solutions for (a) bankruptcy predictions, (b) systematic market risks, (c) corporate breaches, (d) privacy analysis, (e) cultural analysis, (f) climate risks, and others.

The end result of this project will be an ecosystem of dashboards connected to the cloud to analyse and visualise data in real-time. The results will be accessible through an API and will be downloadable through a web interface.
