Sourcetable is a spreadsheet-based data platform that uses AI to help you do better, faster work.

You should work here because spreadsheets are the most-used analytical thinking tool on the planet. We are in the midst of a platform shift (AI) and Sourcetable is better positioned than Excel or Sheets to build AI & agent-centric applications, which will drive the future of work. This is a unique time to be alive and working in the technology industry.

AI is no small platform shift. Spreadsheets run capitalism, and the quality of our thinking drives the quality of thought that designs our world. Obsessive product builders and craftspeople are welcome!

As a final note: we have a very small cracked out team of engineers. The average engineering experience is 15 years. Half the team have founded companies before, and many have worked on AI systems at an advanced level. You don't need a CS degree to apply, and we don't even care if you have finished high school, but we *really care* that everybody who joins the team is quite excellent at what they do. Please provide proven examples that you can own projects end-to-end and have worked on hard things.
