• Develop innovative solutions to tackle big industry problems
• Write well designed, scalable, reliable, testable and reusable code by using best software development practices, clean code and solid principles

• Conduct technical research, product exploration, and hands-on testing to develop deep subject matter expertise
• Design, develop, and maintain technically accurate learning experiences that transform complex technical subjects into effective educational outcomes.

• Build the outbound sales development function from the ground up, including strategy, team structure, processes, outreach sequences, technology, metrics, and operating cadence.
• Launch and optimize the outbound model in the US before scaling it across global regions.

• Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken, and caring persona as an effective representative of SOTI.
• Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for our software products.

• Design and build tailored demo environments (sandbox or live) that showcase business value by persona and vertical.
• Align demo experiences to specific customer use cases and pain points.

• Spearhead the Data Science function responsible for developing and delivering AI-driven capabilities across SOTI’s product portfolio.
• Define, execute, and continually refine the enterprise-wide AI strategy, integrating machine learning, advanced analytics, and data intelligence to optimize product capabilities, enhance customer outcomes, and boost operational efficiency across SOTI’s global portfolio.

• Team Leadership & Performance: Manage and mentor a team of product professionals, ensuring accountability for tasks, timelines, and performance outcomes.
