SOS Madison International (SMI) careers

SOS Madison International (SMI) is the humanitarian foundation of Mason Ewing Corporation. Its promise is simple: no abandoned child should grow up without hope.

Founded in France on October 23, 2008 by Mason Ewing and now headquartered in Austin, Texas, SMI stands beside those the world too often forgets: orphans, children in foster care, abandoned teenagers and young adults, and blind and disabled people.

Our first mission is to help young people in orphanages, foster homes and shelters build a stable path to adult life, with protection, guidance and real opportunities. To raise standards in childcare institutions, we created the Baby Madison Label, a program promoting safety and well-being for children in care. First tested in France, it is now expanding across the United States.

Our second mission is personal. Mason Ewing founded SMI after facing discrimination as a blind man, and the foundation fights for the inclusion, dignity and independence of blind, visually impaired and disabled people. Here, losing your sight never means losing your future.

SMI has already led actions in India, Cameroon and with specialized centers for blind and disabled people. Its symbol, Baby Madison, reminds every vulnerable child that they deserve to be loved, protected and heard.
