Sosediya (СоседиЯ) is a free private social network for neighborhood and homeownership associations (HOA) in the CIS region (former USSR).
CIS region (former USSR) with 300 mil. inhabitants has 66% urban population living in 1,800 cities (with population above 12,000 people) and 3,400 small towns with population from (3,000 to 12,000 people). This urban population lives in 2,6 mil. multifamily buildings (apartments) but so far only 15% of those are organized as HOA (homeowners association).
Sosediya (stands in Russian for “Neighbor and I”) is a digital technology company aiming to provide for HOA members benefits and cost advantages in running the common areas of the building and maintaining the value of the property.
