This is because we expect all our team members to communicate with our clients - through emails, chats and daily standups. We work in an agile fashion wherein we have 2-3 week sprints, daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives. We're very nimble and caring towards our team.
Work from home friendly
We have a regulated work from home policy and around 25% of our team work from home - some even in the same city living far away. This helps our employees stay with their kids, sick parents and save time commuting
