Lead the design, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical control systems for advanced chemical and materials manufacturing equipment.
Develop new PLC programs and modify existing logic for industrial process equipment, material handling systems, utilities, and integrated production systems.
Identify key factors for success in electrolyte synthesis and downstream processing to improve product quality and performance.
Conduct relevant characterization (e.g., physical, chemical, and electrochemical) on electrolytes and electrode materials as needed to identify relationships between upstream process, material structure, and resultant properties and performance.
