• Database Management: Overseeing subscriber databases, maintaining list hygiene, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Build and maintain reporting that benchmarks and measures opt out rates, invalid and inactive email address trends, monitor sender score metrics, and manage merge record processes. Present findings to the business in a quarterly scorecard to drive strategic actions with maintaining and growing a healthy database of customers and prospects, and to drive deliverability improvements.

• Support GTM Teams: Handle ad hoc operational requests, including reporting updates, data corrections, and process clarifications.
• Maintain Data Quality: Perform routine data hygiene tasks, monitor system health, and ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data.

• Support revenue and budget planning through analysis, modeling, and executive-ready materials
• Maintain headcount and workforce planning trackers and help prepare trade-off analyses for leadership review

• Own and mature our Microsoft Intune environment — Autopilot profiles, compliance policies, configuration profiles, Autopatch rings, and Conditional Access integration via Entra ID.
• Own and mature our JAMF Pro environment — automated enrollment (DEP/ABM), Self Service policies, JAMF Connect, scripting, and smart/static group management.

• Own the design, documentation, and ongoing governance of CRM workflows across Salesforce and Gainsight, ensuring alignment with enterprise sales and customer success motions
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across the customer lifecycle and architect scalable solutions in partnership with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders

• Design, build, and maintain dbt data models (Staging, Intermediate, Mart layers) following SolarWinds modelling standards, with a focus on consumption-ready, well-tested data products
• Deliver high-quality Tableau dashboards and self-serve analytics assets for business teams across Revenue, Customer Success, Finance, and Product — from requirements through to stakeholder sign-off

• Own the end-to-end migration plan from SQL Server/SSIS to BigQuery/dbt/CData, including sequencing, data validation, cutover strategy, and rollback planning.

• Investigation Lead: Conduct end-to-end forensic analysis (host, network, and memory) for high-priority security incidents.
