Solaris is a very scalable imaging software that can be utilized in a number of vertical markets. Although there are a number of other document management products available, Solaris was created for the (SMB) market to provide a significant number of features and benefits only found previously on much higher priced software. Solaris is very user friendly and contains a customizable workflow for tracking and scanning processes and can automatically index large numbers of records in a very short period of time.

Solaris allows the management of medical practices to slowly migrate their physicians away from using paper charts. In addition the transition to EMR has fewer challenges since the digital images can easily be imported from Solaris. Once the conversion to EMR is completed Solaris serves as document management software that can store all the non-patient related data like HR Records, Accounting Documents and Purchase Orders in folders.
