The core of our business is partnering with institutional investors and individuals of high net worth to master lease whole multi-family buildings and re-lease the units as a mix of short-term rentals & “short-term rental friendly” long term rentals. This enables are two consumer products:

1. “Sojourn EDU” for College Students
Giving students flexible leasing arrangements on their housing. This allows Sojourn to grow its consumer base early, providing students with attractive discounted fee rates to manage their short term rentals and create long term customers that trust the Sojourn model.

2. “Sojourn Life” for everyone regardless of net worth.
Providing individuals with the flexible leasing arrangements of short term rental apartment hotels that can be leveraged to make additional income.
