SOFIA is an education/training SaaS, to help students and professionals acquire the skills that current education/training are not providing (Bloomberg 2015): namely, critical problem-solving and strategic thinking. These are the skills Corporation seek most, but
cannot find.

Critical and strategic thinking are also the skills that Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Robotics will not replace, as people will always define their own goals and solutions.

SOFIA is a cloud-based platform, available 24/7 as Web App to tester and users. A friendly Artificial Intelligence driven avatar guides the user through solutions of a set of Deep Challenges.

Each Deep Challenge has no formulaic or algorithmic solution, and requires a combination of creativity and strategy to solve. The Deep Challenges are typical of the skills required for Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) students, but is beneficial to
a much broader audience.
