Socratease careers

Socratease is a learning app, where users can learn concepts from scratch. The content is interactive, and users get feedback depending on how they interact with it. In this way, Socratease adapts to each user, and ensures that they take the most optimal journey to understanding a topic. Each screen has animations that help the user visualise the different concepts at play.

We are currently targeting Indian high-school students. Our content is curricular, and helps students develop a thorough conceptual understanding. The flow makes the students *think*, and then learn a topic for themselves. This is different from usual EdTech pedagogies where students are *lectured* on a topic.

We aggregate student interactions, and present the teacher with insights into the misconceptions that students in the classroom have. This formative assessment is extremely valuable for the teacher to focus on problems the classroom is facing, rather than wait for an evaluation like an exam.
