SocialPoint.me is a social media management tool built for the everday person to help enhance their social experience. SocialPoint brings together your favorite social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Tumblr, Foursquare, and Instagram) along with mobile messages (AT&T Messages) and then gives you customized options to allow you to view your social media the way you see fit.
