As an HR & People Specialist here at social sweethearts GmbH, I've got to say, working here is pretty awesome! I've been with the People, Organization & Culture Team for over 2,5 years now. What really makes social sweethearts stand out is how flexible and chill everything is. The vibe here is like being part of a big, supportive family. Everyone's got a sense of purpose, and we're all in this together, which makes coming to work feel less like a chore and more like hanging out with friends who are just as passionate as you are. The work environment is super positive, too. It's all about lifting each other up, sharing a laugh, and making sure everyone's voice is heard. We love new ideas and actually take them seriously, which makes it feel like you can really make a difference. In short, social sweethearts is more than just a place to work.
