We're changing the way that people do digital analytics by moving companies away from a one-size-fits-all mindset and enabling them to collect and own their data themselves. Digital event data is very valuable and when used correctly can lead to better, more informed decision making. Our culture is as unique as our customers and we've created an environment that is challenging but fun, rewarding & relaxed in equal measures. We realise that this combination is incredibly special so we are currently going through the process of codifying our values together as a company to ensure we can continue building this awesome culture as we grow. We hire talent wherever we find it and fully support a remote working environment (roughly half the company currently works from all over the world). We also firmly believe that everyone should be able to choose their working hours so it doesn't matter if you're an early rise or a night owl. Learning and developing yourself is strongly encouraged and we have a Software Development Guild where anyone can learn, improve or coach coding skills.
