• Focus on developing strategic enterprise relationships that employ all of Snappy’s services including Customer Loyalty, Employee Recognition and Channel Engagement programs

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all segments, with a focus on enterprise strategies and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value clients.
• Own and optimize key marketing channels, including paid search, paid campaigns, event marketing...

• Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to deeply understand the needs of our users and build a product that serves those needs
• Take full ownership of engineering projects from design to implementation to deployment and maintenance
