About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow our Manila operations center and understand how we can scale and strengthen our company culture. As a People Operations Manager, you will be the backbone in fostering a workplace that is diverse, inclusive, productive and engaged where every individual can thrive.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate assistance and guidance.
  • Create and maintain a strong culture that is consistent with the founding team's vision all while being people-centric.
  • Maximize employee happiness and retention, and set up support and training systems to facilitate professional growth.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of people operations processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Constantly coming up with ways in keeping the people of Snappr engaged, empowered, happy and productive.
  • Administer systems that play an integral role in generating reports for company-wide projects
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop, implement and reinforce people initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention and satisfaction
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

What you'll need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Expertise across all facets of People Operations / HR especially with Business Partnerships, Employee Relations, Learning & Development and Organizational Development
  • Exceptional people skills and energy levels
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and communications
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
  • Self-starter attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate every employee
