Having exited my previous startup recently, I find Kaatil's work dynamics conducive to growth and exposure. The founder provides his team members with the flexibility and freedom to ideate, experiment and learn without inhibitions. Already in my first month of operation here, I have gotten the chance to participate in an offline exhibition, work on developing the next product, change the design direction of the company - all without the pressure to quantitatively perform. This allows one to freely express and evolve.
