We are launching a hybrid debt/equity investment platform, which serves entrepreneurs and investors. Our platform features a proprietary “due diligence process”, requiring entrepreneurs to join our real-time analytic tracking platform which adds class leading transparency and security.

Our product will parallel the level of transparency public markets and stock exchanges have today enabling simple and easy deals for investors and startups.

Investors will join our platform for the accelerated, high-quality, deal-flow and startups will be able to attract investors because of the regulated and standardized deals we cultivate and shape for them.

SME has also talked with many state legislatures about accelerating unaccredited investment opportunities and as it stands now, we are looking forward to running the INDUSTRY'S FIRST unaccredited investment.
