Smatched is a small Start-Up with a very good and well-educated team. Our team has great teamwork and is very close and familiar with each other. The atmosphere is very casual, and everyone is easy to talk to. The hierarchy is flat, which means there is a lot of responsibility for everyone, and the communication is quick and effective. Today it is harder and harder for advertisers to reach their target audience. This is due to more stringent GDPR guidelines and the use of Ad-Blockers. Especially reaching GenZ is difficult, due to the generation being blind and oblivious to advertisement. Smatched wants to make advertising easier for companies, by providing a platform to reach their target group.
