SMASH pre-assembles state-of-the-art frameless modules with elegantly-designed snap mounts that directly attach to the roof, enabling installers to save money, do more jobs per day and reduce new hire ramp-up time.

Our closest competitor was acquired for $158 million by SolarCity, removing them as an option for other installers. The rest of the home solar industry needs a solution like SMASH, creating a $10 Billion opportunity. 

SMASH has a strong portfolio of intellectual property for our frameless PV mounting technology. 

The U.S. Department of Energy has awarded SMASH two prestigious SunShot awards totaling $1.5M to fund product development. SMASH is seeking another $1.5M from the DOE for our manufacturing ramp-up.

With DOE backing, each $1 invested in SMASH becomes $2 for our development.
