We’re still a fairly young company, just exiting the start-up phase and gearing up for act two. We don’t look a whole lot like your typical tech company, yet. Our office was built in the 80’s, our eatery consists of a 3.5 cubic foot mini fridge and in order to use the napping room (aka dark closet), you have to bring your own pillow. In short, right now we’ve chosen to funnel our resources into hiring the right people and developing a phenomenal product. The exciting thing (we think) is that you won’t just be building an app, you’ll also play a role in building this company. Our hope is that you’ll want to help shape the culture of Smartcare by your involvement in choosing future team members, benefits packages, company vacation spots and what to include in a new office build-out.
