Role Description Smartbox partners will initially focus on taking action on the leads provided by Smartbox. This is a walk-from-home opportunity, with occasional travel to nearby locations within a few hours' distance, depending on where the opportunities are. The primary responsibilities include making calls and conducting in-person visits to engage prospective clients. Email outreach is secondary and can be used to complement calls and visits. As partners gain experience, they are encouraged to generate their own leads to further expand opportunities. Smartbox partners will be responsible for representing our brand, identifying potential customers, and generating sales opportunities. The key responsibilities include: 1. Lead Generation and Outreach: - Take action on leads provided by Smartbox, focusing on calls and in-person visits to engage potential clients. - Email outreach can be used as a supportive measure to complement calls and visits. - Partners are encouraged to generate their own leads as they gain experience and confidence. - Initiate contact with decision-makers through calls, emails, or in-person visits. 2. Customer Engagement: - Present Smartbox solutions in a compelling manner, addressing client pain points. - Arrange site visits and meetings to demonstrate the benefits of our lockers. - Build relationships with key stakeholders to establish trust and credibility. 3. Sales and Closing: - Convert interest into sales by guiding clients through the purchasing process. - Address client queries with the support of Smartbox-provided resources and training. - Work on a commission-based model, earning based on successful sales. 4. Reporting and Feedback: - Maintain clear and accurate records of outreach and sales activities. - Provide feedback on client interactions to help improve sales strategies.
