Q - Where have we come from? What is our History?
In late 2015, while working in the industry we visited different campuses for hiring events. We realized that the students were not able to crack and code problems, which were based out of simple concepts of Data Structures & Algorithms. We did a market analysis and discovered that not even 10% of the people getting into the IT sector come from a strong education background. Hence, we felt the need to deliver quality education to the community and moved out of the comfort of well-secured lucrative IT job and started Smart Interviews.
