Our mission is to empower hotels to put their own guest data to work – by providing hoteliers with the means necessary to better understand and anticipate their customers’ needs and desires. The Smart Host system works in the background; collecting and cleaning data, and making use of such tools as personalization, automation and artificial intelligence to generate rich and detailed profiles about each hotel guest.
