My system automatically deploys a parachute when the drone experiences an emergency consisting of a freefall or a 90 degree flip with no input from the operator. This is an advantage because if the operator's controller battery dies or malfunctions or the drone flies out of radio frequency range SkyFallX will still deploy once it starts to freefall or tilt 90 degrees. Once an emergency is detected a chute is deployed in 300 milliseconds.

I am currently building my 3rd prototype. I do all the software, 3d printing, designing, building, marketing, website etc. My family has put $50,000 into my business so far. I have a provisional patent in effect and my company name has been submitted for Trade Mark consideration.

I recently came back from the first Drone convention held in Las Vegas. I had a booth in the "Start Up" section and SkyFallX was very well received, as my invention addressed the
#1 and #2 problems (safety and liability) being discussed at the convention.
