Skillarthi team believes that “Skill learning is not a destination but a journey.”

And we intend to be an integral part of the journey of the teenagers during the most important phase of their life.

We firmly believe that it has become imperative to prepare young people with creative, critical, communicative, collaborative skills to face the VUCA world which is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. This VUCA world challenges us to find our own way: ‘not follow the predefined’

We aim to transform the way a teenager learns by offering skill learning and development courses for a better future.

We have 2 types of Programmes:
1) Skillarthi Integrated Programme
2) Globus Programme

Skillarthi Integrated Programme spread across 4 tiers tiers add a new dimension to the learning:
1) Novus
2) Competence
3) Proficere
4) Expertus .

The Skillarthi Integrated Curriculum prepares teenagers to face global challenges of the future. The programme has a total of 16 courses split equally in each of the 4 tiers.

The Skillarthi Integrated Programme follows a unique methodology. The curriculum design takes inspiration from Spiral Learning Methodology where the student learns more about a subject each time the topic is reviewed or encountered. The idea is that each time a student encounters the topic, the student expands their knowledge or improves their skill level.

For Globus Programme, we have partnered with National Teen Leadership Programme, USA to add international flavour in learning of the teenagers in India.

Thats not all!

We go beyond in our service range with added interaction points for students. We plan to launch a unique Community and Mentorship programme that changes the way a product interaction is perceived across the world. It challenges the status-quo methods and brings in a new lease of life to the product and services.
