Inspired to make a difference after a personal tragedy, we are passionate about helping to make the world a safer place. Thousands of people in the UK suffer devastating fires each year. At SinclairFire, we want to change this though the use of breakthough technology. Developed from Cambridge University research, we work with the Social Housing Associations, Fire and Rescue Services and Retailers to lead the field in fire protection innovation. We're at a very exciting point in the company's lifetime winning many awards including the MassChallenge UK Diamond award. We've also won Barclays GradFactor, the International Science and Engineering Fair, IET and Social Enterprise awards. These awards and the interest we are receiving from housing associations indicates a lot of validation and potential for our technology. Being part of the incubator provides us with a huge network of potential customers, fellow entrepreneurs and investors. The latter of which will be involved in our upcoming series A funding round. This is an amazing opportunity for a new team member to put their stamp on our company very early on.
