SimSim is zero transaction fee Airbnb. Currently the transaction fees hover around 12-15%. Our hardware and software infrastructure allow homeowners participating in the sharing economy/vacation rental property marketplaces to quickly list their properties for free and allows them to generate revenue without incurring transaction fees.

SimSim hardware includes a sharable lock built from the ground up for sharing economy and to enable fast growing last mile services. Our hardware is designed to be more flexible – can be attached with a double sided command tape for temporary purposes or can be permanently attached with screws. Our apps and web dashboard support powerful property management, access and user management solutions through simple and elegant interfaces. We enable bidirectional discovery - guests and hosts can discover each other and book properties for free. We are in product development stage and looking for funding to continue our development.
