Our Journey So Far:
Facing significant difficulty in obtaining high-quality vehicles for rent for a friend's wedding, Aditya & Akshay discovered a major problem in an unorganised industry.

Deciding to embark on an entrepreneurial journey, SimplyTrip was conceived in January 2020 by Aditya & Akshay to build a solution to the fragmented and unorganised sectors of Bus Rentals & Employee Transportation.

Incorporated on March 6, 2020, 2 weeks before the first Lockdown. We've had to face numerous challenges to building the perfect product, achieving product market fit & providing an excellent customer experience.

We've had to work around the challenges of a completely unorganised sector, mixed quality of suppliers, very low degrees of customer centricity, major price fluctuations & no demand during Covid Lockdowns.

During this period, our team has consistently been driven to improve our processes & bring about innovations in the aspects of product & customer experience. We've built superb internal processes by bringing in functional experts from industries like Real estate, International Customer Service Teams, Consumer Brands & other travel companies.

Within 3 years of incorporating, we've been able to become Mumbai's leading Bus & Luxury Car Rental Brand with over 6000+ reviews across our 3 Google listings and an average rating of 4.9 Stars.

On achieving Product market fit, we now look to scale this solution to other key markets and begin our journey of building an extremely strong consumer brand.

With a philosophy of excellence in everything that we do and sustainable, profitable growth; we look to scale & capture the majority market share in 3 other Major Metro cities within the next 3 years and achieve GMV of 13 Million USD.
