Who we are?
Simplex is a buy-sell-deliver mobile commerce platform that applies fast optimization algorithms to find the cheapest option to buy and deliver a set of goods.

How we do it?
In fulfilling shopping lists for multiple buyers, Simplex compares both item prices from different sellers and prices of different delivery drivers (including Uber-like shared delivery) and quickly computes optimal overall savings to buy and deliver. Additionally, Simplex aggregates orders and compares several price points for wholesale buying – connecting wholesalers and producers directly with buyers. The result : up to 30% lower cost for the buyer over buying themselves. Sellers profit from expanded footprint without having to worry about fulfilment.

Business model
A small Simplex fee plus a portion of optimization-enabled savings (shared with buyers) generates a more profitable company value proposition than that of other e-commerce solution providers.
