Culture and benefits at SimpleCircle

We come from different backgrounds, but are united by a deep curiosity for how real-world operations work and how software can improve the lives of all of our users. We collaborate closely with our brewers, who themselves are amazing individuals with interesting life stories and ambitions. We also work tightly on team with a high-cadence to produce impactful improvements on a regular basis. We operate with a SF-based team and a hybrid 3-day-per-week office policy. We utilize 2-week sprints, have regular retros, and strive to continually operate better. Working in an industry where folks are passionate about the craft, we enjoy learning about the process of brewing and the products. We end up with a lot of samples of some pretty interesting experiments.
