Spanish -Speaking Registered Nurses (RNs) – Deliver chronic care management, patient education, and care coordination to help patients thrive. Spanish Speaking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) – Lead clinical decision-making, oversee patient care plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.
