• 7-10 years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity (SOC, SIEM, XDR, MDR, or adjacent)
• Genuinely hands-on: you write your own copy, build your own decks, and design basic visuals using AI tools

• Own all technical escalations from customers - triage, investigate, resolve, and document with full accountability
• Serve as the primary technical voice in monthly and quarterly business reviews, covering incident trends, platform performance, and product roadmap alignment
