Silicon Valley Growth Syndicate careers

As a limited partnership fund, we fill a gap in the private equity market between the seed capital/incubator stage and an institutional venture round. Our focus areas are companies creating solutions to real problems for businesses and consumers, including eCommerce, SaaS, mobile and social applications.

As of the summer of 2014 we have over 20 portfolio companies, including BuzzStarter, Sprig, Borrow My Doggy from London, WishPlz, Modern Message, 2RedBeans the leading Expat dating site for Chinese singles, Bourbon and Boots, Love with Food, and Next User to name a few. 8 of our companies have raised additional funds at a higher valuation than we invested.

As of the beginning of 2018, we have made a total of 65 investments, 50 of which are still living. We have enjoyed one exit, ProductHunt sold to AngelList. To date, about 30% of our companies have graduated to a Series A round.
